Your songs, lyrics, uploaded audio, melody recordings, analyses and generated content are stored in your own private library. They are not displayed publicly to other users unless you intentionally make something public or share it yourself.
Content you submit is sent to the AI providers that power the relevant feature so the requested result can be produced. Support staff may access account or content data only where it is necessary to investigate a problem you report, to keep the service secure or to comply with the law.
We rely on service providers to run SongPilot, including cloud hosting and application infrastructure, and AI model and transcription providers used to process your requests. Checkout is currently paused while payment setup is prepared. For a previous payment, the provider involved is identified on its original receipt.
If you take generated prompts or lyrics to an external music platform such as Suno or Udio, that platform's own privacy terms apply to what you submit there.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, to receive a portable copy where applicable, to object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your account and the projects associated with it. To exercise any other right, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your projects are removed from the application. Limited records such as transaction and billing records may be retained where we are required to keep them, and backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
We use access controls, encrypted connections and per-user data separation so that your projects are reachable only through your own account. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique password.
SongPilot and its providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers.
SongPilot is not directed at children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
